One last thing to do is put the shaft nut back on. This nut keeps the clutch from coming off just in case. The clutch is pressed onto the shaft and I made sure I did not grease the shaft during reinstallation so it has little chance of moving by itself. Greasing the shaft would surely have made the installation easier but I found the clutch would gradually move towards the pulley after a few days of use, violating the air gap spec.
